TV Models and fit

We offer frames specifically designed for the main TV brands we’ve tested and guaranteed to fit – Samsung The Frame (including The Frame Pro), TCL NXTFrame, and Hisense CanvasTV. If your TV model is compatible, it will be clearly mentioned in the product listing and available as a selectable option. You can confidently purchase a frame for your model when it’s listed, as we guarantee a perfect fit. We also offer custom-made frames for other TV models. If you’re considering a custom frame, please choose this option and provide your exact measurements which will be used to craft your custom TV frame.
Yes, we make custom TV frames tailored to your specific measurements. Simply choose the custom option when placing an order for a TV frame. Please be sure to provide your exact measurements since we will use them to craft your custom frame.
Yes, we offer 3-inch samples so you can see the color, texture and finish up close before ordering your full TV frame. It is a great way to take a close look at the material and make sure the style and color fits your room’s decor.

Functionality and design

Yes. Our TV frames completely cover the black bezels without covering any pixels on the screen.
Due to design and user preferences, there is no cutout in the frame for the sensor, which could make the design look awkward. To guarantee complete compatibility, your TV remote has to be switched to Bluetooth mode which allows it to send signals through physical obstacles. Then turn off the “Night Mode” and “Sleep After” settings in “Art Mode” menu to prevent sensor interference.
Yes, we’ve spent a lot of time perfecting a unique connection system to make assembly as simple as possible and at the same time make the joints precise and durable. So it only takes about 5 minutes to install and assemble our TV frames. The frame will attach securely to the TV. Since our frames are designed to be easily removable, this allows you to change styles whenever you redecorate or want a fresh new look. After the initial setup, no tools or permanent hardware are required.

Materials

All of our picture frames are built from scratch, starting with carefully selected raw wood. Each frame molding is handcrafted in our workshop and made to the highest quality standards. We work with a variety of wood species, including Oak, Walnut, Birch, Padauk, Sapele, Pine, Beech, and others. We also use Baltic Birch plywood to create frames with unique designs.

Sizes

Frame sizes refer to the artwork they hold. For example if your print is 8×10” , you should order an 8×10” frame. Please note – the visible area will be slightly smaller (about 0.25–0.5 inches) because the frame edges cover a small portion of the artwork (around 0.12–0.25 inches per side).

Odering

We create frames in any size you need! When purchasing a picture frame, select the “Custom size” option and enter your exact measurements of your artwork in the provided fields.
We can make frames in any size, however we’re limited to dimensions that can be safely handled by our delivery partners. Frames larger than the sizes listed in our shop may require an oversize shipping fee. If you’re looking for a size not included in our frame list, feel free to contact us – we’re always happy to assist.

Product Features

Yes, you can add a mat to your frame. We offer mats in white, black, grey, and cream color. All our mats protect the artwork and don’t fade over time. Mats are compatible with all frame styles except canvas frames, which are designed to hold thicker canvas artwork. The mat opening (viewing area) will be slightly smaller – by approx 0.25” – to allow the edges of your artwork to be neatly covered on all sides.
All our picture frames come with acrylic artwork cover, which is shatterproof, lightweight and offers better clarity than standard glass. Acrylic artwork cover is a perfect option for homes with children or pets as it resists impact without shattering into dangerous shards.
Yes. Our frames include a professional and high-quality backing made from acid-free material, which helps protect your artwork from fading or discoloration over time. One side of the backing is white and on the outside it’s brown for a more natural look.
Yes. You can choose to add a hanger, table stand, or both when ordering your frame. Both hangers and table stands work for landscape and portrait orientations. Please note that the table stand option is not available for larger sized frames, which come with hangers only.

Yes, we offer bulk order pricing. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements. For bulk orders of 10 or more, we offer 15% discount off the listed price. As each frame is handcrafted and requires labor-intensive production, we are unable to offer discounts on smaller orders due.
